COMPANY BRIEF
     In 2000, the company obtained Manufacturing License issued by National Quality & Technology Supervision Bureau, approved by MOR, of which No is XK17-0510821. From then on, it became “Appointed Manufacturer” of MOR. In February of 2003, it obtained Electrical Fittings Manufacturing License issued by National Quality Supervision, Inspection & Quarantine Bureau (The coded numbers are XK30-001-00094, XK30-002-00095 and XK30-003-00096). In the august of the same year, it obtained the Certificate of ISO9001. It also enjoys the title of “Company with Qualified Measurement System” issued by Technical Supervision Bureau of Hebei Province. What’s more, it has been awarded with title of “Top 100 Private Enterprise” for several times continuously and “AAA Grade Credit Company” issued by Hebei Agricultural Bank.
    Currently, it owns die, casting, forging, welding, processing, galvanizing and assembly workshops as well as a well equipped Inspection and Test Center, which forms a complete Production Line. With an annual production capability of more than 7000 tons, it mainly produces parts & components, masts and electrical fittings for Overhead Line System, of which there are more than 1400 kinds and 3800 sizes. Its production have been successfully used in many important main line such as Beijing – Qinhuangdao, Qinhuangdao-Shenyang, Ha’erbin-Dalian, Guangzhou-Shenzhen, Chengdu-Kunming, Shuozhou-Huanghua, Hengyang-Guangzhou, Yingtan-Xiamen, LanXin, Beitongpu and Xinyue. Furthermore, it has been highly appraised for its manufacture in projects of Beijing-Zhengzhou overhead line reconstruction, Dalian-Qinhuangdao Capacity Enlarging and many projects under construction such as HouYue, JiaoJi, ZhengXu, ShiHuai, YuHuai, JingGuang. All products supplied for above mentioned projects enjoy high prestige among clients. Among its regular clients, there are Beijing, Shenyang, Lanzhou, Zhengzhou, Ha’erbin Railway Corporations. Furthermore, it has established long term cooperation with No 2,3,4,5,12 & 17 Railway Bureaus of China and China Electrification Railway Bureau. Its annual sale amount has reached more than 60 million RMB.
    Especially in reconstruction projects of mainlines such as Beijing-Qinhuangdao, Qinhuangdao-Shenyang, Beijing-Zhengzhou, Guangzhou-Shenzhen and as well as Capacity Enlarging Project of Datong-Qinhuangdao Railway, it supplied large quantities of Overhead Line Parts and Components. Reliable quality and easy installation of its production enjoys high prestige among its clients. After several years’ operation, their qualities have been proved reliable and therefore extensively accepted by many clients. In the maintenance of Ha’erbin-Dalian Line, large quantities of imported products were replaced by products of our company, among which there has never been any quality problem.
    Facing situation of quickly increased demand in our country and in order to meet the requirement of speed of 140~300 kph, our company increases technology investment. We employed professional engineers with senior technical titles who give us advice and guidance in our technological research and quality management. We also cooperate with some design institutes to improve performance and optimize structure of our products. In these areas, we have obtained outstanding achievements. To adapt development trend of urban transportation in recent years, our company invested to establish stainless parts & components production line, therefore our products can meet requirement of anti-pollution in heavily polluted area and tunnels with life span are prolonged. As a result, frequency of maintenance and replacement has considerably reduced.
